As a Co-Founder and Chairman of U First Capital, he has been instrumental in providing Venture Capital as a Service to corporations by facilitating strategic partnerships and investments in startups and university intellectual property aligned with specific corporate interests.
Prior to his current role, Dr. Singh held key positions at Intel Capital, leading venture capital investments in enterprise software. He has served as an investor and board member for numerous companies, including True Fit, Reflektion, Helpshift, and Enlighted, contributing to their growth and success. His strategic investments in companies like Mirantis, GoodData, and Arcadia Data have played a pivotal role in shaping the technology landscape.
Apart from his achievements in the corporate world, Dr. Sanjit Singh Dang has actively participated in shaping tech and innovation policies, advising the U.S. government’s Tech/Innovation Policy Advisory team. He also holds positions on the Advisory Council of the United Nations’ World Artificial Intelligence Organization and the University of California President’s Innovation Council, underscoring his commitment to driving technological advancements and fostering global collaborations.
