Accrete Hitech Solutions, Inc. (Sep 2008 – Dec 2021): Sanjay founded Accrete Hitech Solutions, Inc., an end-to-end Engineering and CRM Solutions company, headquartered in Silicon Valley, CA. With additional offices in Singapore, Bengaluru, and Delhi, India, Accrete grew under Sanjay’s leadership to employ over 600 IT and Engineering professionals worldwide. Sanjay successfully implemented the onsite-offshore model, ensuring cost-effective project execution and enabling the company to become a global player in providing mechanical and electrical engineering solutions and end-to-end CRM solutions.
Aarman, Inc., Saratoga, CA (March 2000 – December 2007): As the President and CEO of Aarman, Inc., Sanjay managed all aspects of the company, transforming it into a global enterprise with major Fortune 500 clients. Aarman specialized in implementing SAP, Oracle Applications, and providing onsite and offshore IT project implementation and support. Sanjay played a crucial role in setting up the offshore team and operations in India, contributing to the company’s success before its acquisition.
Skytech Consulting, Inc., Saratoga, CA (Feb 1, 1996 – Oct 5, 1999): Sanjay founded Skytech Consulting, Inc., a software consulting company that experienced rapid growth during his tenure. With multiple Fortune 500 clients, Skytech caught the attention of a New York private equity firm, leading to its acquisition.
Computer Center, New Delhi, India (Sep 1987 – Jul 1995): In 1987, Sanjay started his own LAN/WAN/Software solutions provider company in New Delhi, India. He grew the company into one of the largest system integrator companies in Northern India, successfully selling it in 1995. Sanjay’s visionary leadership and expertise in executing IT projects allowed the company to undertake significant projects for renowned organizations, including creating and implementing front office and back-office operations for 16 properties of the Taj Group.
