Beginning his coaching career with the Sports Authority of India (SAI), Paramjit’s journey led him to the Gwalior Women Hockey Academy in 2006, where he became the inaugural coach. Since then, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the academy into a breeding ground for exceptional hockey players.

Under Paramjit’s guidance, the Gwalior Women Hockey Academy has produced an impressive number of players who have represented India in international competitions, including the Olympic Games. Notably, he has nurtured the talent of eight Olympic players and over 50 international players.
