Having worked with Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Genetic Sciences Division as the Senior Director of Quality at Ravi brings his strong leadership and auditing skills to drive excellence in the organization’s operations. His proficiency in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), regulatory requirements, and process auditing contributes to maintaining high clinical quality standards.

Previously, Dr. Nabar served as the Head of Global QMS & Compliance at Illumina, where he oversaw global quality management systems and compliance. Before his tenure at Illumina, Dr. Nabar held a key position as the Head of Supplier Quality at Baxter Healthcare Corporation in Round Lake, Illinois. His illustrious career also includes a role as the Senior Director of Supplier Quality Management at Philips Healthcare, where he served from November 2010 to July 2016. His exceptional project management skills and focus on regulatory requirements made him an invaluable asset to the company.
