Based in Chandigarh, Punjab, Dr. Bansal is an energetic and goal-driven instructor committed to helping every student reach their full potential, regardless of academic capabilities or challenges. Dr. Bansal holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from J.N.V. University, Jodhpur, awarded in October 2008 for her research on the removal of heavy metal ions from effluent using newly synthesized resin. She is also a gold medalist in her Master of Science (Chemistry) from the same university, achieving an impressive 78.76%. Her academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science degree from M.D.S. University, Ajmer, where she graduated with 80.54% and ranked third in her university.
Throughout her career, Dr. Bansal has demonstrated exceptional team management skills and leadership qualities. Her notable achievements include being a NET-JRF scholar from CSIR-Delhi and publishing 4 publications in reputed journals and 3 national & International conferences, 3 national webinars with 7 FDP’s ( Faculty Development Programme). As a tech-savvy educator with a decade of experience in online tutoring, she is adept at teaching challenging topics and has successfully utilized the Socratic Method to engage students in independent learning.
Dr. Bansal has a rich and diverse teaching background, having worked with several prestigious institutions. Her teaching career includes positions at Jai Narayana University, Adarsh College, BASE EDU Pvt Ltd, Edurite Institute, Daswani Institute, DPS Jodhpur, Toppr, Vedantu, Trivium Education Services, and Pearson-TutorVista. Currently, she works with Byju’s as an Academic Specialist focusing on student experience. Her expertise spans K-12 and college-grade chemistry, making her a versatile educator capable of handling various educational levels.
