Lt Gen Dr Anil Kapoor AVSM, VSM (Retired) is a distinguished leader and accomplished professional with a remarkable career spanning over 42 years. During his tenure in the Indian Army, he held several high-ranking positions and made significant contributions to various domains.

As the Director General Electronics and Mechanical Engineers, Lt Gen Dr Anil Kapoor strategically led the landscape of maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) and technology management for the complete range of equipment of the Indian Army. Prior to this, he served as the Director General Information Systems, where he played a pivotal role in steering the information systems management, digital technology transformation, and net centricity of the million-strong Indian Army.

Dr Amar Jyoti Mangat is a dedicated educator and a passionate advocate for inclusive education and social well-being. With a diverse range of qualifications and extensive experience in the field of education, Dr. Mangat has made significant contributions to the academic and social development of individuals, particularly those with special needs.

As a Lecturer in English at the District Institute for Education and Training (DIET) in Ferozepur, Punjab, Dr. Mangat has played a pivotal role in shaping the educational landscape. Her commitment to providing quality education is evident in her academic achievements, including a M.Phil in Education, Ph.D in Hindi, B.A (Hons) from GNU University, where she stood out as a position holder. She further honed her teaching skills with a B.Ed and pursued an M.A in English, Hindi, History, and Education Psychology.

Baljit Singh is an accomplished Founder & CEO with over three decades of experience in building successful businesses in manufacturing and services companies. He has proven expertise in developing and implementing business strategy, leading sales and marketing functions and building motivated teams in turn-around environments.

Currently, Baljit is the Founding Member of Guru Nanak Dev Global University, CEO of Ajuba and Chairman of Roar 4 Change. He has been involved in providing strategy, business development and sales & marketing services to manufacturers and service providers seeking to operate in India, Israel and USA. Under his leadership, Ajuba has emerged as a leading provider of products and services in the field of education and healthcare.

Dr. Gurpreet Kaur is a multifaceted personality with expertise in several areas such as teaching music, academic administration, personal management, strategic management, education management, music therapy, and university administration.

Dr. Gurpreet Kaur was born on 22nd December 1963, and she completed her BA (Hons.), MA, M.Phil. and Ph.D. in music, winning eight gold medals throughout her academic career. She has extensive experience of 22 years in administrative roles such as H.O.D. (Music), college principal, dean faculty, and director, besides being a music teacher.

She started her career as an Associate Professor of Music in the Government PG College for Girls, Sector 11, Chandigarh, where she worked for 8.8 years. She then served as the Head of the Department of Music in Government PG College, Chandigarh, for 7.5 years. After that, she worked as the Principal of Master Gurbanta Singh Memorial Janta College, Kartarpur Jalandhar, for 6.5 years.

In addition to her role as a music teacher, she has held several administrative positions, including Chairperson of the Department of Music & Visual Arts, Guru Nanak Dev University (G.N.D.U.), Amritsar (7 years); Dean of Faculty of Visual & Performing Arts, G.N.D.U., Amritsar (7 years); Director of the Department of Lifelong Learning, G.N.D.U., Amritsar (3.5 years); and Dean of Faculty of Design & Fine Arts, Panjab University, Chandigarh (3 years).

Sardar Kavinder Chaand, is an accomplished writer and poet known for his profound contributions to the world of literature. With a captivating style and a unique perspective, Chaand has captured the hearts of readers through his books and compositions.

His notable works include “Ashrafian,” a collection of poetry published in 2004, 2006, and 2008, which beautifully explores various themes and emotions. In 2010, he released “Bansari Kidhar Gyi,” a thought-provoking piece that resonated deeply with audiences. Chaand continued to leave a lasting impact with “Kan Kan,” a trilogy of poetry published in 2016, 2018, and 2020, showcasing his versatility and depth of expression. In 2021, he edited “Kavita Boldi Hai,” a compilation that showcases the beauty of poetry. His fourth book “Muafinama” is being launched soon.

Chaand’s literary endeavors have not gone unnoticed. His efforts in poetry and ghazals have received immense love and appreciation from readers, who have embraced his heartfelt words. Furthermore, his works have undergone extensive research, highlighting their significance and impact. Some of his compositions have even become an integral part of academic syllabi, demonstrating their enduring value. Some of his songs and ghazals have been sung by renowned singers.


Dr. Paramjeet Singh Kattu is a highly acclaimed writer and director, recognized for his exceptional contributions to the field of filmmaking. As a recipient of the National Award, he stands as a testament to his remarkable talent and creative prowess. With a PhD in literature, Dr. Kattu brings a profound understanding of storytelling and narrative to his cinematic endeavors.

For the past decade, Dr. Kattu has been actively involved in the world of filmmaking, showcasing his skills and vision through various projects. He has garnered immense recognition for his exceptional short films, including “Adda Khadda,” “Stray Star,” and “Teaseailure.” These films have been celebrated for their artistic excellence and have received prestigious awards in multiple film festivals.

Dr. Kattu’s latest achievement comes in the form of his feature Docu-Drama titled “The Saviour: Brig Pritam Singh.” This compelling film has captivated audiences around the world and has emerged as a winner in numerous prominent film awards and festivals. Its powerful storytelling, coupled with Dr. Kattu’s distinctive directorial style, has earned critical acclaim and solidified his position as a master storyteller.

With his remarkable body of work, Dr. Paramjeet Singh Kattu continues to push the boundaries of filmmaking, captivating audiences with his thought-provoking narratives and visually stunning compositions. His passion for storytelling and dedication to his craft have cemented his status as one of the most respected figures in the film industry, both nationally and internationally.
