How It Works – Simple & Fair
- Zero Upfront Cost
Enroll in GNDGU certification programs with our partner institutions in India with no tuition fees, no loans, no hidden charges during your studies.
- Pay Only When You Earn
Repayment begins only after graduation and only if your annual income exceeds the minimum threshold:
- ₹6–8 lakh/year (India)
- $40,000/year (USA) (Threshold adjusted by country and cost of living)
3. Income Share Agreement (ISA)
- You pay 5–10% of your gross income (monthly, automatic deduction).
- Payments continue for 5–10 years — whichever comes first.
- Total repayment is capped at 1.5×–2× the fair market value of your program.
4. Safety Net Built In
- If income falls below threshold (or during hardship), payments pause and no interest, no penalties.
- After the term ends, any remaining obligation is forgiven forever.
5. Early Exit Option
Want to pay off early? Pay a fixed amount (e.g., 1.2× program value) within 2 years of graduation and be done.

- Open to all qualifying students (merit + need-based priority)
- Sign a transparent, plain-language ISA contract
- Commit to GNDGU career services (resume building, internships, mentorship via Chardi Kala Guardians veterans network)
Sustainable Funding Model
- Philanthropy & impact investors seed the program
- Repayments create a revolving fund and supporting more students every year
- Ethical partnerships (e.g., Pure Planet Global Ventures LLC) co-fund cohorts
- Government & CSR support for high-demand fields (solar, AI, sustainability)

- June 2026 — Available for 50 students across all our partners universities.
- Target: 2028–2030 → 5,000+ students enrolled
