Guru Nanak Global Foundation proudly announces the launch of two transformative creative education initiatives: Chardi Kala Sur Program and Chardi Kala Acting Studio, designed to prepare the next generation of artists, creators, and leaders through an innovative framework that integrates Sustainability, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and 100% Employability.
These pioneering programs are designed to bridge the gap between traditional arts education and future-ready careers by combining artistic excellence with conscious leadership, creative entrepreneurship, and industry readiness.
At the heart of this initiative is the 2-Year Integrated Certification in Music / Theater with Consciousness & Creative Leadership, a first-of-its-kind program that nurtures talent while building purpose-driven professionals.
Program Titles: Chardi Kala Sur Program and Chardi Kala Acting Studio
2-Year Integrated Certification in Consciousness & Creative Leadership
Duration: 2 Years (4 Semesters)
The curriculum is structured in alignment with India’s National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, following the approved postgraduate framework with research orientation.
Progressive Certification Pathway (Belt System)
Inspired by progressive mastery and lifelong learning:
- Green Belt – Foundation in Conscious Expression with Sustainability with Music / Acting
- Blue Belt – Advanced Music / Theater Performance & Innovation
- Gold Belt – Entrepreneurship & Production for Music / Theater
As part of this mission, Guru Nanak Global Foundation is dedicating 2026 to Punjab’s universities and colleges, with a focused effort to bring these transformative programs to campuses across the state.
A core pillar of the program is its 100% employability framework, designed to ensure that every student receives structured industry exposure and real-world work experience equivalent to the duration and value of the 2-year postgraduate program. Rather than being limited to classroom learning, students will be actively integrated into live projects, creative productions, and industry assignments, enabling them to build portfolios, earn experience credits, and engage with professional ecosystems throughout their journey.
The model is designed as a work-integrated learning pathway, where students progressively transition into employment-ready roles aligned with their skills, creativity, and specialization.
