Guru Nanak Dev Global University and Roar 4 Change are coming together to create a new model for rural transformation, beginning with Bhojowal Village in Jalandhar, Punjab.

Bhojowal will serve as a living laboratory for rural innovation, bringing together community members, educators, entrepreneurs, farmers, youth, diaspora, institutions and technology partners to create practical solutions that can improve everyday life.

The initiative will focus on the key dimensions of village development—including:

A Community-Led Model
This is not simply an infrastructure project. It is a people project.
The goal is to bring together the knowledge, energy and resources of Bhojowal’s residents and its global community to identify challenges, develop solutions, implement projects and measure results.
Every initiative will be designed with a simple question:
“Can this idea make life better for the people of Bhojowal and can it be replicated in other villages?”
