A dynamic media professional, interviewer, moderator, researcher, and public speaker, she has built a distinguished profile at the intersection of journalism, communication, academia, and public engagement. With extensive experience in conducting high-profile interviews, moderating national and international forums, and mentoring aspiring communicators, she is recognized for her ability to facilitate meaningful conversations and bridge diverse perspectives.
From 2022 to 2024, she served as an Interviewer and Host for media events and podcast series at Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar. During this period, she conducted and hosted interviews with several eminent personalities from sports, cinema, literature, and journalism. Her notable interactions include Olympic medalist Lovlina Borgohain, acclaimed lyricist and screenwriter Javed Akhtar, actor Sanjay Mishra, journalist Saurabh Dwivedi, Punjabi singer-poet Satinder Sartaaj, actress Neeru Bajwa, and members of the India Men’s National Field Hockey Team. She also produced and hosted podcast series featuring distinguished professionals, intellectuals, and public figures across various sectors, while moderating numerous national and international conferences.
Her leadership and communication skills are further reflected in her extensive involvement with Model United Nations (MUN) conferences. As an Executive Board Member, she participated in diplomatic simulations, policy discussions, and international affairs forums, demonstrating expertise in negotiation, diplomacy, conflict resolution, and public speaking. She mentored over 100 students in journalistic reporting, writing, and editorial practices, while conceptualizing, editing, and publishing official conference newsletters.

She has consistently contributed to initiatives that promote knowledge dissemination, responsible communication, and academic media development.
A recognized public speaker at national forums, she represented youth voices on significant social and policy issues. She was a National Debater at the Delhi State Legal Services Authority’s national debate forum in 2022. In 2019, she addressed an audience of over 5,000 participants at the 9th Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad (Indian Student Parliament), Pune, speaking on “The Rise of Fake News and Its Effects.” Earlier, in 2018, she delivered a presentation on “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam; The World as One” at the World Parliament of Science, Religion and Philosophy, MIT Pune, contributing to interdisciplinary discussions on global harmony and human values.
She has also contributed to academic research and scholarship. Her publication, “Discovering the Virtues of the Character Jaya in the Movie Laapataa Ladies Directed by Kiran Rao,” appears in Boundaries and Belonging: A Journey through Gender, Identity and Displacement in Literature.
