Navjot Kaur, Chief of Staff of PurePlanet Global Ventures LLC and Head of Media & Human Resources for Guru Nanak Global Foundation (India), was honored with the prestigious “Fourth Pillar of Democracy Award” at the Women Journal Conclave held in Chandigarh.
The award was presented in the presence of Gurpreet Kaur Mann, wife of the Honorable Chief Minister of Punjab, Bhagwant Mann, along with distinguished media professionals, journalists, educators, policymakers, and social leaders from across the region.
The Fourth Pillar of Democracy Award recognizes individuals who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to responsible communication, public awareness, social advocacy, community development, and the empowerment of citizens through media and public engagement.
Recognizing Leadership Through Purpose-Driven Communication
Navjot Kaur received this honor for her outstanding contributions to social impact communications, youth engagement, women empowerment initiatives, educational outreach, and her efforts in building meaningful collaborations between educational institutions, communities, industry leaders, and social organizations.

Addressing the Women Journal Conclave
During her keynote address, Navjot Kaur highlighted the transformative initiatives being undertaken by Guru Nanak Global Foundation (India) in support of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, with special emphasis on SDG 5: Gender Equality and SDG 6: Clean Water and Sanitation.

Guru Nanak Global Foundation to Establish 11 Centers of Excellence Across Punjab
As part of the Foundation’s long-term vision for Punjab, Navjot Kaur announced plans to establish 11 Centers of Excellence across the state. These centers will serve as innovation and impact hubs focused on education, sustainability, entrepreneurship, employability, leadership development, water conservation, and women’s empowerment.
