Amrit Singh | Natural Farmer & Desi Seed Advocate
Amrit Singh is a natural farmer from Barnala, Punjab, and a member of the Barnala Natural Farmer Association. Through Waheguru Pura Natural Farm, located in Village Waheguru Pura, Barnala, he promotes natural farming practices, traditional desi seeds, and sustainable agriculture. His farm offers naturally grown produce, including jaggery (gur), shakkar, fresh seasonal vegetables, onions, tomatoes, cauliflower, flower nursery plants, and fruit-bearing plants for cultivation. Amrit is committed to encouraging chemical-free farming and preserving Punjab’s agricultural heritage.

ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਬਰਨਾਲਾ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਕੁਦਰਤੀ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਬਰਨਾਲਾ ਨੈਚੁਰਲ ਫਾਰਮਰ ਐਸੋਸੀਏਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਹਨ। ਪਿੰਡ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂਪੁਰਾ, ਬਰਨਾਲਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਸਥਿਤ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂਪੁਰਾ ਨੈਚੁਰਲ ਫਾਰਮ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਉਹ ਕੁਦਰਤੀ ਖੇਤੀ, ਰਵਾਇਤੀ ਦੇਸੀ ਬੀਜਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਟਿਕਾਊ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।

Mr. G.S. Gill, former Managing Director of CIDCO, Navi Mumbai, is a distinguished leader with over 35 years of experience across government, the private sector, and social development. His expertise spans urban planning, housing, infrastructure, transportation, public policy, and governance. He has contributed to national-level administrative reforms and mining policy while supporting sustainable infrastructure, rural education, and community development. Today, Mr. Gill is extending his vision toward promoting sustainable agriculture in Punjab, encouraging innovative farming practices and a more sustainable future for the state’s farmers. His career reflects a lasting commitment to inclusive development and positive social impact.
ਸ੍ਰੀ ਜੀ.ਐੱਸ. ਗਿੱਲ | ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਜਨਤਕ ਨੀਤੀ ਦੇ ਮਾਹਿਰ
ਸ੍ਰੀ ਜੀ.ਐੱਸ. ਗਿੱਲ, ਸਿਡਕੋ (CIDCO), ਨਵੀਂ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਦੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਮੈਨੇਜਿੰਗ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਖੇਤਰ, ਨਿੱਜੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 35 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਦਾ ਤਜਰਬਾ ਹਾਸਲ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੁਹਾਰਤ ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀ ਯੋਜਨਾਬੰਦੀ, ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼, ਬੁਨਿਆਦੀ ਢਾਂਚੇ, ਆਵਾਜਾਈ, ਜਨਤਕ ਨੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਪੱਧਰ ’ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨਿਕ ਸੁਧਾਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਖਾਣਾਂ ਤੇ ਖਣਿਜ ਨੀਤੀ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਪਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ, ਉਹ ਟਿਕਾਊ ਬੁਨਿਆਦੀ ਢਾਂਚੇ, ਪੇਂਡੂ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਈਚਾਰਕ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਕਾਰਜਸ਼ੀਲ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
ਅੱਜਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗਿੱਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਟਿਕਾਊ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਯਤਨਸ਼ੀਲ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਨਵੀਨਤਮ ਅਤੇ ਵਾਤਾਵਰਣ-ਅਨੁਕੂਲ ਖੇਤੀ ਤਰੀਕਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਟਿਕਾਊ ਅਤੇ ਖੁਸ਼ਹਾਲ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਦੀ ਸਿਰਜਣਾ ਵੱਲ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
