Guidelines
- Each participating school must designate one official School Point of Contact (POC), preferably a sports teacher or a designated school coordinator.
- All the games will be conducted between 9a.m – 3p.m on December 1st and 2nd, 2026
- Refreshments and Lunch will be provided by the organizer for both the days.
- The POC will serve as the primary contact for registration, event updates, schedules, and competition-related communication.
- Each game will be conducted according to the rules announced by the organizing committee.
- All participants are expected to demonstrate respect, honesty, teamwork, and fair play.
- ਹਰੇਕ ਭਾਗ ਲੈਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਤ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ (Point of Contact – POC) ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ। ਤਰਜੀਹੀ ਤੌਰ ’ਤੇ ਇਹ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਖੇਡ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਜਾਂ ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਸਕੂਲ ਕੋਆਰਡੀਨੇਟਰ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ।
- ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਖੇਡਾਂ 1 ਅਤੇ 2 ਦਸੰਬਰ, 2026 ਨੂੰ ਸਵੇਰੇ 9:00 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ਾਮ 3:00 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਕਰਵਾਈਆਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ।
- ਦੋਵੇਂ ਦਿਨ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਰਿਫਰੈਸ਼ਮੈਂਟ ਅਤੇ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਖਾਣੇ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
- ਸੰਪਰਕ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ (POC) ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ, ਸਮਾਗਮ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਨਵੀਆਂ ਸੂਚਨਾਵਾਂ, ਖੇਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਮਾਂ-ਸਾਰਣੀ ਅਤੇ ਮੁਕਾਬਲਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਸੰਚਾਰ ਲਈ ਮੁੱਖ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
- ਹਰੇਕ ਖੇਡ ਮੁਕਾਬਲਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਐਲਾਨੇ ਗਏ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
- ਸਾਰੇ ਭਾਗੀਦਾਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਉਮੀਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਆਪਸੀ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ, ਇਮਾਨਦਾਰੀ, ਟੀਮ ਭਾਵਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਰਪੱਖ ਖੇਡ ਦੇ ਸਿਧਾਂਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਨਗੇ।
