Every Life Is a Collection of Decisions
The central premise of the book is simple:
Every life is shaped by decisions.
From everyday choices to decisions that fundamentally change the course of a person’s life, our choices influence who we become and what we create. The same principle applies to organizations and societies.

The opening pauri begins with reverence for the Guru and the revelation of Satnam. It describes the human journey through the bhavjal—the ocean of worldly existence—and explores themes including doubt, fear, attachment, action, and consequence.

ਜੇਹਾ ਬੀਉ ਤੇਹਾ ਫਲੁ ਪਾਇਆ ॥੧॥
As one sows, so shall one reap.
The book does not attempt to reduce this profound spiritual teaching to a business formula. Instead, it explores a contemporary question:
