PurePlanet Global Ventures bridges ethical entrepreneurship with measurable social impact, generating revenue to reinvest in GNDGU’s goals of affordable, transformative education, 100% employability, cultural preservation, and full alignment with all 17 UNESCO Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Key Highlights of PurePlanet Global Ventures LLC:

  • Ownership & Governance: 51% held by Guru Nanak Global Foundation Inc. to ensure mission alignment; 49% open to impact investors and GNDGU-affiliated partners. Governed by a board including GNDGU representatives, with annual ethical audits and transparency reporting.
  • Revenue & Giving Model: Diversified income from equity stakes, licensing, sponsorships, and commercialization royalties. 20–30% of profits donated back to GNDGU to support scholarships, research, and charitable programs.
  • Three Specialized Divisions:
    1. RISE Ventures — Tech incubation & spin-offs: Nurtures GNDGU-inspired startups (quantum sensing, AI data centers, clean water systems) from idea to prototype, then transfers to hosting entities with PurePlanet retaining 20–50% equity.
